I placed my first order of 5 suits. Upon receiving the parcel, I noticed that the items delivered were different from what was shown on the website. In particular, the trouser colors of two suits were completely different from those displayed online.

I am fully confident that these are not original products — they appear to be fake or replicas.

When my wife contacted their WhatsApp support, the representative casually replied, *"Yeh hi hai."* Upon inquiring about their exchange policy, the representative stopped responding. It has now been 4 days, and we’ve received no further communication.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
